So you own your bell eh! Then this should be a breeze
Rack your bell Descend into a Front Squat Do a Sots Press Stand Up (Overhead Squat style) Rack n’ Repeat for 5 reps Then switch to the other side and repeat the misery 3 sets of 10 reps (5L/5R) on each side is optimal
